Conduct site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities.
Prepare and submit site progress reports and documentation.
Identify and resolve technical and operational site issues promptly.
Enforce safety measures and lead by example in maintaining a safe work environment.
Requirements:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction site management.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and project coordination.
Renovation and water proofing and painting experience must.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.
