Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise all workers and monitor the progress and quality of their work.
- Plan daily work schedules for the workers ahead of time.
- Monitor and ensure that workers do their work efficiently and according to daily schedules.
- Ensure that they have the necessary materials needed to carry out the work and cost control.
- Control and maintain the safe and smooth progress of job site.
- Coordinate and liaise with all relevant parties. Control and
- Proficient in site coordination.
- Good communication skills. able to interact with people of all levels.
- Min 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
- Willing to learn and work under pressure.
- Preferably with Singapore Class 3 Driving License.
- Able to start work immediately.
