Job Description
We are looking for a site supervisor who is reliable and can play a key role in assisting our construction manager.
As the successful applicant, this role will see your responsibilities include:
- Managing materials deliveries and materials movements
- Resolving site disputes
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with subcontractors to ensure excellent service
- Maintaining a safe workplace, carrying out site inductions and observations
- Assisting site manager's work
- Training of new workers
- Problem solving ability, a team player
- Good communication skills especially in Chinese
- Can work under pressure
- Experience in the construction industry required
