Our Client is one of the top 10 Fortune 500 company in the Oil and Gas industry.

Working Hours: Mon - Sat, 10 hrs / day
Salary: All in Daily Rate up to 600 SGD

Scope of Work

• Uphold safety, health, environmental and worker welfare performance of site execution activities in assigned area.
• Implements and sustains a strong safety culture together with Contractor, its Sub-contractors and Vendors by monitoring site activities and by inspiring safety commitment via demonstration of safety leadership.
• Ensures compliance to all relevant safety, health and environmental procedures and policies to promote a healthy and safe work environment.
• Plans, leads and attends daily safety visits in assigned areas.
• Upholds Project Quality and NNM (Not Normally Manned) requirements in assigned scope through visible support to the Project\'s Quality Management System and Quality leads, and ensures Contractor and sub contractors execute work to the highest level of quality possible to facilitate a trouble-free start up and long-term facility availability and NNM reliability.
• Safe and efficient execution of assigned construction scope to deliver Mechanical Completion (MC) & Ready for Commission (RFC) status in line with facility NNM requirements.
• Provide technical oversight and assurance on E&I construction scope on the Crux topsides. Drive compliance with applicable codes and standards including EEHA.
• Participate in (constructability, HAZID, design etc) reviews and construction review meetings and complete all required internal reports, ensuring the areas of concerns and specific technical issues are identified and tackled on time, with relevant mitigations in line with project specifications and requirements.
• Review, verify and support the delivery of Contractor\'s construction sequence, construction engineering, work plans, pre-task planning and method statements to ensure construction activities are completed in accordance with Crux Project procedures, regulations, specifications and standards.
• Provide assurance and support to Contractor in planning, scheduling, and implementing, Method Statements, Construction Execution Plan and other relevant procedures
• Identify project deviations and schedule slippages, raise visibility of this with the project management team, and support Contractor in implementing the required solutions.
• Monitor project construction progress across assigned area/discipline ensuring adequate controls and reporting of.
• Assure Contractor follows path of construction towards construction completion providing assistance and direction for Mechanical Completion of Systems/Sub-Systems and Electronic ITR completion.
• Close collaboration and coordination with CSU organisation for SIMOPS management of Construction, Commissioning and Start-up activities; working with all involved parties to facilitate these activities.
• Timely identification and escalation of Construction issues to the Platform Construction Manager
• Provide technical advice in respect to the delivery of construction and mechanical completion activities. Manage construction related risks.
• Provide technical knowledge for Preservation and execution of a \'Build it clean\', \'Build it Tight\' Right First Time program for E&I Equipment through surveillance and engagement with contractor personnel. Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of construction management experience, at least 5 years as construction engineer on (part of) a similar project (10 kton topsides platform)
• Experience in construction of Offshore platforms including detailed design, construction, commissioning & start-up phase.
• Proficient in the application of PTW systems in particular LOTO, LUN, SIMOPS & MOPO
