Job Description
- Candidate must have Skills Evaluation Certificate in Singapore Construction Industry.
- Preparing construction sites, materials and tools
- Dismantling or building scaffolding, temporary structure and bracing
- Distributing construction materials
- Digging trenches and shafts and backfilling holes
- Operating pneumatic hammers, tampers and vibrators
- Mixing, pouring and levelling concrete and asphalt
- Oiling and greasing hoists
- Regulating traffic and embedding traffic signs where appropriate
- Assisting with the transport and operation of equipment and heavy machinery used in construction sites
- Following instructions and orders from construction project managers and supervisors
- Adhering to all safety and health protocols and regulations
- Loading and unloading of building materials, tools and equipment
- Cleaning the construction site by eliminating hazardous items, garbage and debris
- Assisting craft professionals like carpenters and electricians with their tasks as required
