Senior Construction Supervisor
Job Description
1) Manage to control,check and supervise all structural,architectural work performed on site to ensure the quality and quantity works produced
2) Able to liaise with client consultants and ensure drawing received are in correct in terms of number and revision
3) Ensure construction work are carried out in according to draing and within specified standards
4) to work closely with other site operations to meet the project schedule
5) Attend daily and weekly construction meeting
6) Accountable for safety of all personnel and security of the material
7) training new construction worker
8) Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work related accidents and injury
9) Able to read drawing and open schedule
Requirments
1) Experience managing construction project
2) Safety Certification
3) Knowledge and espertise in the construction industry
4) Able to navigate construction site in all phases of construction
5) Able to stand for 8 plus hours at a time
6) Speak and Write English and Mandarin
7)Able to stand in Sunlight and on hand work
