>5 years of experience in digital/technology program governance and compliance
Hands on experience in project audit
Hands on experience in both Agile and Hybrid project management methodologies
Excellent stakeholder management and people engagement
Proven experience working in/with highly regulated organizations
Good problem solving skills
Innovative
Meticulous
Familiar with Atlassian tools
