Role Overview


As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end web applications and digital solutions for our clients. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including UX designers, project managers, and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality software that meets business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Design and implement scalable front-end and back-end architectures. Develop responsive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue). Build robust APIs and server-side logic using technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET. Integrate third-party services and APIs as needed. Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment. Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Understanding of security best practices in web development.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience in full stack development. Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular. Experience with back-end development using Node.js, Python, Java, or similar. Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL), such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies. * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
