Support the development and delivery of key account plans for APAC based healthcare clients
Act as a link to client with specific account responsibilities. Develop and maintain close relationship and communication with decision makers of client
Advise Healthcare Service Line Lead and Regional Market Access Lead on client status, problems and opportunities
Develop, implement, coordinate, and supervise the delivery of Market Access and HEOR consultancy and research projects
Conduct key in-depth interviews and coach on best practice interview technique
Conduct advisory board, and focus group discussions
Advise on optimal strategies to gather and accumulate useful field data, summarize and analyze secondary data
Participate in external speaking opportunities
Supporting other APAC Healthcare teams to develop the Market Access and HEOR offering
Responsible for directing and close working relationship between key members i.e. Analysts, Field Staff, Administration etc.
Support acquisition, and training of talent within Market Access
Responsible for morale, productivity, and efficiency of team
Report to Regional Market Access Lead on progress of research projects
Any other tasks assigned by Health Team Lead

BACKGROUND Experience/Skills/Knowledge:
At least 5 years' experience in healthcare, consulting, research
Expert in research processes and data acquisition (questionnaire design, sampling, etc.)
Proven expertise in conducting and managing multi-country consulting and/or research projects
Collaborative team player with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
Sound analytical skills and strong ability to work with and interpret research data from a technical and commercial perspective to provide strategic outputs to clients
Excellent relationship building skills (internal, external, and cross-cultural)
Well-developed interpersonal skills for internal and external client
Experienced in business problem solving consulting methods
Strong MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint proficiency
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English
Excellent communicator and comfortable with client interaction in English
Additional Asian language competency highly valuable
Qualification:
Undergraduate and above degree in Life Sciences/Healthcare/Business/Economics/Health Economics related studies
