The Reinsurance Business Unit offers implementation services based on proven structures, methodologies, and best practices derived from experience helping organizations worldwide address challenges around ceded and assumed reinsurance using SAP S/4HANA Insurance for reinsurance management. As a development partner for the solution, we are uniquely qualified to guide companies through the implementation process and help them achieve a high degree of automation for premiums, loss reserves, commission calculation, claims processing, and reporting.

What you will do\xe2\x80\x8b

\xe2\x80\x8b

• Develop an understanding of msg\'s IT proprietary product and service offerings while applying general insurance and reinsurance theories and concepts
• Understand msg\'s consulting processes and SAP methodologies
• Develop and provide technical expertise around msg\'s products and services
• Communicate and interact effectively with clients
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
• Contribute to assignments and project work as individual contributor and team member
• Work effectively with msg teams worldwide
• Receive training and mentoring, both on-the-job and in the classroom
• Participate in end-to-end implementation projects
• Work towards becoming an SAP for Insurance specialists/experts in technical, functional or analytical domain

Requirements\xe2\x80\x8b

• Bachelor\'s degree related to business, finance, accounting, computer science, data science, actuarial sciences and statistics or computer programming or equivalent work experience
• Exposure to software technology and hands-on experience configuring software preferred (classroom or work experience)
• Insurance / Reinsurance knowledge or work experience are preferred, but not necessary
• Marked consulting approach and attitude to problem solving
• Good knowledge of English spoken and written
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment; proven decision-making skills
• Demonstrate aptitude for learning, especially related to business/functional knowledge
• Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with critical deadlines
• Exceptional problem solver, with proven ability to utilize past experiences to effectively resolve issues

Nice to have\xe2\x80\x8b

• SAP or other software certifications preferred, but not necessary
• Preferably some experience with Databases, Data Warehousing concepts and SQL and/or Analytics/BigData tech and tools
• Understanding and some experience in programming languages such as C, C#, C++, Java, R, Python and ABAP
• Basic understanding of relational databases and ERPs
• Knowledge of Japanese spoken and written
