Responsible for the successful implementation for Successfactors for our clients
Analyze the clients requirement and propose an appropriate solution and realization
Supporting clients in their transformation journey through the design and implementation
Identify improvement opportunities to achieve clients desired business outcomes, Manage risk, quality, timeline, and budget of the SuccessFactors implementation

Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
Proven ability to work creatively and forward thinking in a problem-solving environment
To qualify for the role, you must have
Bachelors Degree in Human Resource or IT related disciplines
SAP implementation experience in the SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors
Familiarity with Human Capital business processes and leading industry practices
Proven ability to build valued relationships with clients
Excellent communications skills, especially fluent in written and spoken English
