Your Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the successful implementation for Successfactors for our clients
• Analyze the clients requirement and propose an appropriate solution and realization
• Supporting clients in their transformation journey through the design and implementation
• Identify improvement opportunities to achieve clients desired business outcomes, Manage risk, quality, timeline, and budget of the SuccessFactors implementation

• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to work creatively and forward thinking in a problem-solving environment

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resource or IT related disciplines
• SAP implementation experience in the SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors
• Familiarity with Human Capital business processes and leading industry practices
• Proven ability to build valued relationships with clients
• Excellent communications skills, especially fluent in written and spoken English
