Your Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the successful implementation for Successfactors for our clients
• Analyze the client\xe2\x80\x99s requirement and propose an appropriate solution and realization
• Supporting clients in their transformation journey through the design and implementation
• Identify improvement opportunities to achieve clients\xe2\x80\x99 desired business outcomes, Manage risk, quality, timeline, and budget of the SuccessFactors implementation

• Proven ability to work creatively and forward thinking in a problem-solving environment

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Human Resource or IT related disciplines with at least 3 years of working experience for the Senior Consultant role and a Minimum of 6 years for the Manager role
• SAP implementation experience in the SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors
• Familiarity with Human Capital business processes and leading industry practices
• Proven ability to build valued relationships with clients
• Excellent communications skills, especially fluent in written and spoken English

Ideally, you\xe2\x80\x99ll also have

• Experience in client facing roles in a consulting environment
