Role profile
The practice is currently looking for individuals at the Consultant level.
As a Consultant you will work closely with clients to understand their issues, create strategies for change, win buy-in for your recommendations, and collaborate with fellow BCGers to transform client potential into performance. Our consultants challenge established thinking and help reshape clients’ businesses.
Our teams work with client members from all levels of the organization in order to integrate our staff's strategy, operational, and industry experience with the client's knowledge of its particular situation, culture, and constraints.
No two experiences are alike and the skills you acquire will position you for success within and outside of BCG. We count several industry leaders and entrepreneurs as our alumni who continue to shape the future.

Candidate Qualifications
- Work experience of 6+ years in consulting or top tier firms
- Experience in emerging markets specifically SE Asia preferred
- Outstanding academic performance at top tier universities
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication skills
