The company is rapidly expanding its presence in South East Asia, and thus is looking for a young and driven individual to join our growing team in Singapore. & Summary We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong data analysis and strategy development skills to support data-driven decision making by leadership. Applicants with experience in working with senior executives across project management, strategy development, data analysis, reporting, and visualization will be preferred. The candidate will build and work on reports that have a direct impact on business priorities and strategy. What You'll Do Gather, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data, draw conclusions, and develop strategic recommendations use advanced storyboarding, excel, and visualization skills Apply established tools and methodologies to support business decision-making Manage assigned projects, effectively collaborating and coordinating with a variety of stakeholders Develop high quality PowerPoint presentations and present to the client and internal team Demonstrate understanding of various standards, procedures, and the latest tools/technologies and best practices followed by the business for data collation, reporting, and maintenance Demonstrate the ability to understand trends in data sets, industry, and relate them to business objectives Demonstrate and apply strong knowledge of management frameworks Qualifications Required: . 2+ years of experience in business strategy and business case development, including market analysis, interviewing skills, and data distillation to insights preferred Preferred: . Ability to support and conduct external interviews with executive-level experts, including synthesizing interview notes to develop key insights . Experience in developing busines strategy including analyses like: market sizing, industry structure, competitor landscape, business opportunities, and recommendations. . Ability to develop high-quality deliverables with limited input . Strong verbal and written communication skills . Ability to juggle many competing priorities/ deadlines . Proficiency in Japanese language (Business level) is an advantage as the work requires communication with Japan team members and many of our clients are Japanese
