• Initiate and develop client relationships through calls and meetings.
• Build a network of high-quality candidates relevant to your client portfolio through advertising, headhunting, seeking referrals and exploring our extensive talent database.
• Generate leads and vacancies, matching client needs with appropriate candidates & strategic recruitment solutions.
• Engage with customers through on-site meetings, lunches, coffees, networking events and seminars.
• Guide, feedback, and influence customers through the interview process, ensuring every opportunity for a successful placement.
• Manage salary and fee negotiations.

The Successful Applicant

You don\'t need a particular type of experience to be a recruiter, it\'s your inherent traits that guide your behaviour at work that make you successful. That said, some of the traits a successful candidate may have:

• Bachelor\'s Degree with at least 2 year\'s experience of having worked in related functions/industries (sales and marketing, digital, HR or commerce) above or within a recruitment company.
• Passion for a commercial role and what you have done in your career with proven results.
• Values that are in line with ours- Team work, Results driven
• Ability to build rapport with C-level executives as business development activity is focused on targeting global/regional leaders from the sector.
• Demonstrate strong resilience, in the ability to bounce back from adversity and use it as fuel to regain momentum.
• Drive and OOMPH!!! - ability to sustain high levels of energy and output over long periods.
