Work you’ll do


As a Consultant in the Corporate Strategy team, you will support the Southeast Asia (SEA) leadership teams and stakeholders to support strategic priorities, align business and firm vision, and share best practices.


The role has a primary focus on supporting the firm’s Corporate Development agenda, with an emphasis on inorganic growth (acquisitions, strategic partnerships, etc.). You will be a key member in the Corporate Development team that will have ownership of processes relating to tasks such as market scans, due diligence, business case development, knowledge management, management reporting, and post-merger integration support.

You may also be required to support ad hoc Corporate Strategy team projects.

Successful candidates will have a recognized degree from a top-tier academic institution and have related experience in corporate development or investments related from professional services or boutique advisory environments. Candidates are to have at least 3 to 6 years of relevant experience and the ability to meet each of the following criteria below:

• Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast paced and ambiguous environment;
• Excellent interpersonal skills to establish relationship with working level stakeholders
• Prior experience in managing M&A transactions is an advantage; financial modeling, market scans, due diligence, etc.
• Advance knowledge in Excel based financial modeling and exceptional problem-solving ability; logical reasoning, creative thinking, and the ability to untangle complex issues
• Experienced in structuring and developing presentation materials for formal communications (internal and external);
• "Can do" attitude and willingness to learn from and contribute to a high-performance culture;

Position will be based in Singapore with minimal travel required.
