Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, payments, data analytics, marketing, operational and macroeconomics, VCA drives high impact and tangible financial results.We are looking for a talented individual to join the regional South East Asia VCA team, a geographic cluster of Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar, and Cambodia (IPVMC) markets. The team provides a comprehensive range of consulting services and solutions to clients in the regional South East Asia cluster, addressing unique challenges in areas such as strategic growth, profitability, risk management and digital strategy.The successful candidate will be involved in, or leading client consulting engagements within the seller client vertical of merchants, acquirers and fintechs for regional South East Asia. The candidate will report to the Director, Seller Vertical Lead, Regional South East Asia.If you like to use a fact-based, data-driven solutions to solve for business problems that deliver value and enable clients to win more business, you should apply.What an Analyst does at Visa:As a VCA Analyst, you will be leading or working on VCA engagements in the regional cluster. In this role, you are expected to:

• Use Visa and external data to analyze client needs and identify opportunities for consulting assignments with Visa\xe2\x80\x99s key clients.
• Deliver Consulting projects. Resolve complex strategic problems. Synthesize and manage complex project structures when required. Manage, facilitate, and implement consulting services and meet client\'s business targets (assignment objectives, project scope, budget, paperwork, supervising external consultants, and project delivery).
• Work cross-functionally with other Visa teams to bring a holistic solution to our clients leveraging Visa\xe2\x80\x99s rich value-added services (VAS) from functions such as Marketing, Products, Risk and Merchant Solutions teams
• Develop propositions by closely working with Client Relationship Managers, promoting the solutions with external clients and, executing and delivering the consulting engagement to clients
• Enable growth and improve profitability across our clients\xe2\x80\x99 payment business through portfolio management and segment expansion

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays each week, with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.QualificationsWhat you will need:
We are looking to hire candidates that have already accumulated a variety of experience. You will be curious about the payments industry, results-driven and client-centric.Specific skills and experience you will bring:

• 5+ years solid experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or business management
• Strong experience in managing complex projects
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
• High degree of intellectual curiosity, with a motivation to understand the why behind each business challenge or opportunity
• Strong team orientation with a collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible style, and able to work effectively in a matrixed organization
• Excellent detail orientation, ensuring the highest level of quality and rigour in reports and data analysis
• Excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and written capabilities
• Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with the ability to progress multiple priorities concurrently
• Experience in and passion for the power of analytics to inform and drive strategy and tactics, and proven ability to generate insights from data
• Strong commercial acumen, with experience in working on business cases that prove ROI
• Willingness to travel where required for project delivery

In addition, you will ideally bring the following:

• Experience in payments or retail banking industry
• Experience in customer experience design, using human centred design techniques
• An understanding of statistical analysis, modelling, scoring schemes, etc.
• An understanding of retailer-led digital innovation
