• Oversee consulting and training solutions to strengthen infrastructure and support scope of work like Enterprise Development Grant, Market Readiness Assistance, Productivity Solution Grant, Workforce Skills Qualifications, Critical Infocomm Technology Resource Programme Plus and liase with government parties to obtain approval and accrediation
• Outline the scope of the work and identify and map out schedules, milestones, and required resources to meet the project objectives.
• Project-managent process in response to new client opportunities from an end-to-end perspective (i.e. from identifying opportunity, crafting proposals, submission of tenders to contracting and invocing).
• Develop, design and delivery of courseware, training and assessment materials, analyse Training Needs Analysis with Learning Management System (LMS) and necessary funding submission with relevant agency.
• Carry out communications to the company's senior stakeholders, company staff, and internal and external project teams which include conduct any required training classes for employees at a variety of levels
• Provide respectful feedback to company management where work tactfully to inspire faster adoption, greater utilization, and higher proficiency by employees regarding new ways of operating as a result of the consulting project outcomes
• Lead project team to provide professional advice and recommendations based on clients' requirements and ensure that outcomes, budget and milestones for the projects are met.
• Formulate with internal domain leads and/or external vendors to implement projects (i.e. from the start to end of a project life cycle), monitor progress, manage risk and facilitate delivery of consulting services to meet client needs

REQUIREMENT :

• Degree or Master in related discipline from a reputable university
• Possess at least 5 years working experience in management consulting and corporate training / 10 years experience at managerial level.
• Piority given to those with applicant who posses Enterprise Singapore Recognised Certifications - Practising Management Consultants (PMC), Registered Management Consultant (RMC), Singapore Certified Management Consultant (SCMC)
• Piority given to those with applicant who posses SkillsFuture Recognised Certification - Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) / Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) and Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE)
• A strong knowledge in business strategy, critical thinking, technology innovation, finance, operations, data analysis techniques and with good subject matter knowledge across a range of workforce-related capabilities including business or enterprise organizational and operational change
• Excellent client management skills, authoritative and credible in a client conversation - both in terms of personal style and subject matter expertise.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload with problem solving and design thinking skillset. Good communication and presentation skills both oral and written
