Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Support and Training Assistant Manager to join our team. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to ensure that our retail staff is knowledgeable and equipped to provide exceptional customer service, and supporting the sales operations of the company. This role requires an individual who is passionate about training, able to communicate effectively, and can work collaboratively with a team with an inherent motivating personality. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training programs for new and existing retail staff, including onboarding, product knowledge, customer service, and sales training

• Support the sales and retail operations whenever necessary.

• Create training materials and conduct training sessions in both a classroom and on-the-job setting

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvements

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training aligns with the company\'s overall objectives

• Monitor and track the progress of trainees and provide ongoing coaching and feedback

• Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge and skills

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into training programs

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a retail environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects

• Passion for training and developing others

• Knowledge of aromatherapy and essential oils and/or prior on the ground experience in Retail is a plus
