Cognizant Consulting Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) team advises our clients from the life sciences industry (pharmaceuticals and medical technology) on the topics of digital transformation/digital strategies, process optimization and innovation. The focus is on new business models with digital product and service offerings as well as on digitized core processes in the areas of R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management & Logistics as well as Marketing & Sales. We are looking for consultants who are interested in proactively shaping the medical devices & pharmaceutical industry consulting market segment.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide consulting/advisory services and support our customers in the medical devices & pharmaceutical industry in solving and addressing their most important digital transformation challenges
• Pro-actively guide and work on the entire cycle of a project from acquisition, scoping, planning, design & development of solutions
• Lead client conversations with clear point of view and turn them into solutions
• Effective proposal writing and client presentations.
• Possess good customer relationship and ability to build new customer relationship
• Broad understanding of the LS value chain and a deep expertise in one or more domains within the value chain (e.g. Sales & Marketing). Up-to-date industry knowledge
• You take responsibility for your team and build it up successively

Experience & Skills:

• At least 8 years of comprehensive professional experience in a management consultancy with a focus on medical devices / pharmaceuticals / life science or a previous activity with a leading company from the medical devices / pharmaceuticals / life science industry
• Excellent knowledge and project experience in at least two of the following companies: Finance, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Marketing & Sales
• Project experience in the context of transformation and implementation projects (e.g. SAP, Salesforce, Veeva) will be an advantage
• Experienced in senior stakeholder management and conducting workshops
• Willingness to travel across Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, China etc.
• English speaking and preferably Mandarin speaking to liaise with clients in China
• Bachelor\'s Degree in Science/Technology/Engineering. MBA is preferred
