Apply now!Learn more:This position will remain open until filledLocation: SingaporeHiring Manager: Marketing Director Asia TRLocal and Global Applicants are welcomeWHAT IS THIS POSITION ABOUT?The incumbent is responsible for development of strategies for annual activation plans, programs and initiatives together with Asia Marketing Team aiming to activate relevant nationalities in markets, gain share and maximize potential, profitability and/or brand equity as per market nationality role.While coordinating the assigned Consumer Activation team across Asia, the incumbent has the main responsibility for the Consumer Activation management and for recommendation of actions and programs to maximize A&SP objectives. The incumbent will lead the team efforts for programs\' planning development and implementation, monitoring results and proposing corrective actions if needed, while keeping the team motivated to aim for higher results.The role demands regular contact with Consumer & Trade Marketing Team, Asia Regional Sales Directors to align consumer and business needs and shape, improve ways of working to maximize quality, speed & effectiveness of deliveries.The person is responsible to encourage team members to share knowledge and experience with the objective to increase efficiency long term.WHAT WILL YOU DO?Consumer Activation Management
