WHAT IS THIS POSITION ABOUT?

In this position, the incumbent will: * Act as a business partner supporting the Marketing team with the administration and monitoring of the marketing budget to ensure investments are accurately planned, categorized, reconciled & reported.

  • Work in close collaboration with Marketing, Finance, Business Services (GBS) and Procurement (GIP) teams to ensure efficient "Purchase to Pay" (P2P) process and execution of SAP Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase-Orders (PO), Good Receipts (GR), Invoice Receipts (IR).
  • Closely collaborate with Asia Travel Retail (ATR) Sales and Marketing to support the planning, development, coordination and implementation of consumer centric Marketing/Brand activation activities and Merchandizing solutions for the assigned market(s).
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
  • Budget Management
  • Support Marketing Team with budgeting for all planning exercises, including annual plan and reviews (ASP/LE)
  • Run monthly budget processes, coordinating with Marketing team.
  • Monthly budget allocation and PO information. Ensure actual SAP booking and secure all entries and commitments are in line with budget including phasings.
  • Prepare actual/forecast variance explanations, create and distribute reports.
  • Purchase to Pay Management
  • Handle relevant PRs, GRs, Proof of Performance & IR.
  • Create PR\'s in line with budget availability and follow up on receipt of Proof of Performance and IR. Maintain timely GR input and PO cleaning. Collect and file Proof of Performance.
  • Follow up on vendor creation forms and payment issues.
  • Prepare and communicate monthly report activities.
  • Marketing/Brand Activation and Merchandising
  • Plan and coordinate the development of consumer & trade activations in alignment with key stakeholders (Area Sales Manager, Line Manager, Portfolio & Strategy
  • Manager, GTR Marketing and Brand Groups).
  • Drive implementation of the plan, ensuring execution excellence and resources optimization.
  • Maintain a clear calendar view of all projects with regular status updates.
  • Set KPIs and assess results.
  • Plan and coordinate the development of Merchandising and showcasing solutions in alignment with key stakeholders (Area Sales Manager, Line Manager, GTR Marketing and Brand Groups).
  • Align with Sales Managers and Operators to plan production and installation. Coordinate all implementation/execution phases ensuring resources optimization. Maintain a clear plan of all projects with regular status updates, as well as a Merchandising assets list.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • University degree or equivalent (required)
  • Min. 2 years experience in budget management and coordination, Marketing /Trade Marketing, consumer/trade promotion management.
  • Fluent English, other languages are an advantage.
  • Strong PC skills including MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Good SAP knowledge.
  • Organizational skills, people and communication skills, ability to work simultaneously on a number of projects, Financial understanding, numerical skills, analytical skills, problem solving, ERP and related applications\' literacy.
  • Brand Management, Trade Marketing, Trade Merchandising.
