Job Description

Core Mission 1. Support on Cetaphil brand management activities and identified projects for Asia region (excluding Innovations) 2. Support on the coordination for marketing, commercial & new products actions across JPAC markets

Duties and Responsibilities 1. Support the development and framing of marketing + commercial activations + new launches to support market specificities across a diverse and complex region of 13 markets to ensure success in market, driving growth ahead of competition

• Effectively partner with Asia countries to support implementation of marketing, commercial and new launch activities and required follow ups

• Partner with Global Brand leads, Cetaphil regional BU lead and countries to enable development and consolidation of business cases, pricing corridors, social media, marketing, commercial, ECom toolkits and implementation in countries
  

2. Support the Cx Regional BU lead on projects and key activities aligned as a prioirity for Asia Region

• Partner with Cx Regional BU Lead to anchor and enable delivery of key projects from conceptualization to execution across marketing, supply chain, pricing.

• Ongoing engagement and communication with country Cetaphil leads to provide required support to the countries across global, regional & local initiatives
  

Key Relationships (internal and external): Internal: CX & RX Regional BU Lead, Country marketing/ commercial/ digital leads, Asia Marketing Manager, Asia Digital Manager, Asia eCom manager, Asia Category lead

Education and Training BA/BSc minimum, Master's degree / MBA or equivalent an advantage

Work Experience

• At least 1-3 years of experience in a commercial position with experience in Asia/ CN is a plus

• Experience in skin care is a plus but not mandatory
  

Other Qualities

• Qualification in Marketing management

• Good communication and strong influencing and collaboration skills to partner with key internal stakeholders

• Good attitude and demonstrated ability to own activities and projects and find solutions by collaborating with colleagues

• Excellent oral and written skills to communicate complex issues and influence others
