Working within Application Support, you are responsible for providing our customers and clients with a stable, secure environment in which to conduct business and utilize the services provided by JPMorgan Chase. You are responsible for following established Production Assurance processes and acting in the best interest of our firm. You will have opportunities to display initiative and take ownership for projects, as assigned.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: providing daily production support, assisting in reporting significant issues and their impacts to Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) management along with any other reporting needs deemed important or necessary.
The Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Production Management, Consumer Lending Technology Mission Control (MC) manages availability of CLT LOB\'s on a 24x7 basis. The US day is supported by the teams in Columbus/Houston and the US overnight is mainly supported by Singapore/India teams. The MC is entrusted with end-to-end monitoring responsibilities of the Credit Card, Payments environment as well as other production management responsibilities. Its aim is to resolve 90% of all incidents without escalations and with least MTTR.
