Our client is prominent bank in Asia that has regional presence across the globe. You will be part of the strategic banking operation team, providing customer service for the businesses to ensure the processes are cost efficiency, productivty and in compliance to the banking policy.
Job Requirement
5 days work week including weekends
Contact Centre Environment
Diploma in any discipline
Location: Alexandra/ Raffles
Scheduled rotating between 3 shifts (Staggered start time)
Job Responsibilitie
Monitors and promptly responds to incoming calls, emails etc.
Safeguards the confidentiality of customer information and data
Identifies and resolves customer issues and inquiries received via various communication channels
Ensuring accuracy and adherence to Contact Centre standards within the committed turnaround time
Informs customers about the Bank\'s products and services and guides them towards available self-help resources
Effectively addresses customer complaints and concerns, while documenting all complaints, issues, and subsequent resolutions
