JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Establishing viable opportunities to determine the probability of a lead showing interest in the product or service.
• Researching a company/lead beforehand to determine the likelihood of a sale and pursue more probable leads.
• Contact prospective clients via multiple channels such as phone or email, to establish a lead's interest in the product or service.
• Accurately represent the business and build rapport with potential customers.
• Qualify and score the viability of an interesting lead for the sales team using established parameters.
• Connecting with other members of the marketing team and the sales team.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Lead Generation Specialist, preferably in a BPO setting.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience in CRM software.
• Comprehensive knowledge and a keen understanding of the sales process.
• Strong analytical mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work well with a team.

• 5-day work week.
• Full system training, as well as ongoing support, will be provided.
