We are building a DeFi protocol for structured products and derivatives to run on-chain across EVM blockchains. We are looking for a Content & Community Manager to join our DeFi Marketing team at Struct Finance. You will work on all aspects of content ideation, creation, production and distribution across our main social channels, collaborating with the Marketing team and Co-Founders to create and execute strategic initiatives. We are looking for a highly collaborative Content & Community Manager. A good listener, approachable and organized person, with excellent communication skills to drive community engagement, connections, and collaborations for ARC members. Responsibilities Develop effective content marketing strategies to acquire new users and engage with existing community members Ideate, produce, and post impactful social media posts, acting as the owner of our social channels including Twitter, LinkedIn, Discord and others Write engaging content for our Blog articles, with concise and articulate information, and tone, and provide readers with educational/informative content Create long-form content for Medium/Linkedin channels Create short-form content for Twitter and Discord and other communication platforms Search and connect with KOLs to create Influencer Marketing Campaigns on the company's social media channels. Design successful acquisition campaigns, such as giveaways. Build awareness via co-marketing efforts, AMAs, and conferences from ideation to execution Manage the content and community calendar to optimize community engagement Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns through data analysis and user feedback Develop effective marketing and brand communication strategies and ultimately expand our digital footprint and brand awareness in your region Grow and manage the Struct community and coordinate with moderators to effectively manage chat groups and interact with the community to increase positive engagement Requirements Relevant content and community manager experience in a digital agency or startup 2 to 4 years experience in community building or communications Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to get high-quality results Creative, energetic, and confident in the ability to catch trends and create trends A highly meticulous and organized person Proven persuasive copywriting skills Experience with community building (crypto communities preferred) Set up and monitor growth KPIs to build a strong and engaging community Knowledge of Crypto/DeFi or a strong interest in the space is a MUST Summary of Struct Finance Struct Finance is a structured product derivatives protocol on DeFi.
