is seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, video production. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for writing, directing, filming, editing, and producing engaging short-form videos and podcasts that align with our brand's vision and resonate with our audience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Create content and script for social media micro drama Film and edit high-quality short-form videos for social media platforms (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, etc.). Produce and edit engaging episodes, ensuring high audio and video quality. Conceptualize, script, and storyboard content ideas that align with brand and messaging. Set up, operate, and manage video and audio recording equipment. Optimize content for various social media and digital platforms to maximize reach and engagement. Stay updated with trends and best practices in content creation. Collaborate with the team to develop content strategies and campaigns. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual and audio style.

Requirements:

Proven experience in writing, directing filming, editing, and producing short-form videos. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro. Experience with audio editing tools. Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics. Knowledge of social media algorithms and content optimization strategies. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and time-management skills. A creative mindset with a strong eye for detail. Familiarity with YouTube content creation and podcasting trends is a plus.
