Job Brief ACE ONLINE PTE LTD is looking at launching our educational learning package targeting at foreigners in ASEAN markets like Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines and Vietnam as well as developing Asia countries like China or India.

We are looking for a content creator to write and publish different kinds of pieces through social media or company\'s web page to promote our company\'s product and services. The candidate cannot be video shy and will be our company\'s "Brand Ambassador" to write blog posts about education-related topics, generating leads for new business and promoting our company\'s content on social media.

Job Responsibilities

• Do research on education-related topics
• Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms
• Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise our company and products
• Interview industry professionals, parents, students and incorporate their views in blog posts
• Host webinars and parents engagement talks
• Edit and proofread written pieces before publication
• Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content
• Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)
• Identify customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and recommend new topics
• Measure web traffic to content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates)
• Update our websites as needed
  

• Strong interest in education industry and creating content
• Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter or similar role
• Portfolio of published articles
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English and Mandarin
• Effectively bilingual
• Time-management skills
• Familiarity with SEO
• Diploma or BSc in Marketing, English, Journalism or any relevant field
