Job Summary:

• Working location: Central
• Working days & hrs: 5 days; Monday to Friday ; 9AM - 6PM ; Hybrid Mode
• Salary range: up to SGD 5,000 (dep on exp)

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a targeted social media strategy for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Meta, focusing on innovative content and features to enhance reach and engagement.
• Oversee content publication across social platforms, ensuring campaign alignment with Marketing and Ecommerce teams.
• Engage with the audience on social channels, addressing customer service inquiries and maintaining the brand\'s tone of voice.
• Create campaign briefs, localize public relations angles, and support brand partners.
• Build and maintain media relationships, manage media inquiries, and handle press kit dissemination.
• Align strategies with the regional team to expand influencer partnerships.
• Manage Public Relations and influencer events, including venue sourcing and RSVP management.
• Monitor channel performance and prepare performance reports.
• Execute post-mortem reporting for key campaigns and events.
• Manage social media budgets, invoice processing, and vendor payments.
• Relevant studies in e-Commerce, Business Management, or Marketing.
• Experience in PR/Media/Social within Agency, Retail, or Beauty Industry.
• Proficient in CapCut, Canva, or other editing tools.
