Job Description

As Content Creator/Social Media Executive, your main responsibility is to create dynamic and rich content that will engage and resonate with the station\'s audiences, drive engagement and build communities.

• Plan and execute a results-driven social media strategy
• Develop create and curate engaging content for social media platforms
• Create, edit and post written, video, and photo content
• Create adaptations of existing collaterals that are optimised for specific channels
• Produce live social media content
• Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels
• Collaborate with programming and marketing teams to create a social media calendar
• Facilitate sales and marketing teams to plan and execute social media campaigns for clients
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends
• Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments
• Review analytics and create reports on key metrics for content optimisation
• Creating and managing social media profiles across multiple channels
• Drive engagement each channel
• Creating affiliate links
• Sending social media leads to the Sales team
• Essential skills, experience and qualifications
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Creative
• Knowledge of social media (LinkedIn especially would be a bonus)

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree
• Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools
• Proficient in video production and photography with a creative mindset, and a can-do approach
• Good social listening skills
• Strong copywriting and copy editing skills
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask
• Proficient in operating digital video cameras, lighting and sound equipment
• Experience in design and graphic creation is a plus
• Able to read, write and speak English and Chinese
• Experience with producing live programmes and operating camera drones is an advantage
• Strong understanding of social media\'s affordances and the operation of their tools (including but not limited to Facebook Creator Studio)
