As a Content Designer in our Experience Design team at Singtel, you'll play a key role in delivering seamless digital journeys for our customers. Your words will guide, inform, and empower users across multiple touchpoints, helping us create experiences that are both meaningful and effective.
Make an Impact by

• Craft clear, concise and user-centred content including microcopy, error messages, user flows to ensure a seamless customer journey across digital platforms.
• Conduct content audits and develop scalable content frameworks to maintain consistency across projects.
• Leverage on data insights and user research to guide content decisions, improving clarity and engagement.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, researchers, developers, and business stakeholders to understand user needs and deliver content that contributes to measurable impact.

Skills for Success

• Diploma/degree in Digital Media/Communications/Psychology/Journalism/UX design or any relevant professional work experience
• 2 to 3 years of relevant UX writing/content design experience
• Content audit and governance
• Experience in using Figma
• Excellent communicator and collaborator
• Keen interest in details and words
• High expectations of quality and accountability
