Roles & Responsibilities
Interns will have the opportunity to work with the Content Team and other departments such as the Design Studio, Producers, Planners and Project Managers to:
Plan and propose messaging and storyline for exhibitions, events, galleries and museums
Develop story ideas and contextual writing based on client\xe2\x80\x99s resources and independent research
Collaborate with design and account servicing teams to ensure communication messages are aligned across different media
Liaise, manage and brainstorm with creative content vendors such as interactive and video companies
Conduct research through client resources, archival units, specialist consultants, private collectors and the web
Copywrite, edit and proofread communication materials for exhibitions, events, galleries and museums
Review and text-edit video and interactive scripts, storyboards and key frames
Liaise and manage translation companies to ensure the accurate delivery of translation work
Attend meetings and ensure the timely delivery of content within the main project schedule
Maintain an organised system of project administration to track research materials and content submissions
Liaise with freelance creatives including writers, curators, historians, designers, photographers and producers
killset & Requirements
Good command of the English language
Proven ability to write, edit and proofread in English
Able to do desktop research work
Neatness in work and a keen eye for detail
Positive work attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Knowledge and/or personal interest in graphic design, video, multimedia interactives and/or Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s heritage are a plus
