Content Manager (Illustrator) Full Time At Apogee Collective, we are a Singaporean Femtech start-up, curating our own sexual wellness brands, Genvie (previously known as Good Vibes) and Hedonist. We empower people to be sexually liberated guided by one\xe2\x80\x99s true pleasure. This role reports directly to Jacqueline, the co-founder, and is required to work independently and as a team. Hybrid working (60/40 in-person & WFH) with flexible working hours. Office location conveniently located at Tanjong Pagar, with pool and gym facilities as welfare benefits. Job Scope
1. Lead and manage the Instagram & Facebook account of @wearegenvie
2. Kickstart a Tik Tok account for Genvie for brand awareness
3. Develop a monthly social media content calendar and devise content strategies in line with brand marketing campaigns, events and activations
4. Execute on content strategy to increase brand awareness via designing creative, writing copy, editing photography, gifs, short video editing, stickers, stories (live + designed/posted), etc.
5. Produce inspiring, creative and engaging multimedia content in line with brand guidelines and overarching marketing objectives
6. Manage and reply to DMs and comments to actively engage and build a strong rapport with our community
7. Track KPIs and drive insights using data to optimise social media marketing and email marketing campaigns
8. Conduct competitor research, identify trends and brainstorm innovative content growth strategies
9. Manage email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp and improve on current campaigns based on customer journey mapping
10. Provide graphic design and illustration support for company websites, blogs, and marketing collaterals Are you the ideal candidate? We are looking for:

• Fun loving & strong passion in our social cause of empowering pleasure in the field of sexual health & wellness
• Open & inquisitive minded with a positive attitude and strong hunger to learn
• Experience in social media management and creation with an eye for aesthetics & detail
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustration & Premiere Pro) and Video Editing Apps (i.e. TikTok, Prequel, inShot, etc.)
• Excellence in English & creative writing for writing captions
• Excellent research, organizational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Responsible and takes initiative without compromising quality and accuracy
