Summary:

We are recruiting a Content Manager on a permanent basis, with flexible location across ASEAN and South Pacific.

As a Content Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of advertising campaigns for some of the world's largest beverage brands, across ASEAN and South Pacific Markets.

What You'll Do for Us

Responsible for the creation and delivery of high-quality creative strategy, ideas, concepts and final creative material for the Brand/Platform Creative Content plan.

Responsible for the progress of Brand/Platform Creative Content plan through the relevant stages and gates of our Marketing development process, partnering with relevant regional marketing teams in preparation of the final recommendations presented for decision at each gate.

Work with key stakeholders to create integrated marketing briefs and lead all agency briefings and feedback.

Manage the evolution of the storytelling of brands, ensure consistency through various forms of content amplified at multiple connection points.

Manage the development of exciting Core Creative Ideas for Regional Brands (as Lead OU) and local brands, anchored on consumer insight.

Communicate strategy and the 'job to be done' in a clear and compelling way which results in great creative work.

Strong collaboration and 'networking' across OUs and marketing sub-functions to ensure that market and stakeholder feedback/needs are considered. The Content Manager will consider and then make recommendations on how to manage feedback, then clearly synthesize and communicate to agency partners and markets.

Good understanding of current and future business needs so that creative work can be developed to help achieve commercial outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 6 years' experience working within marketing, advertising or brand communications roles.

Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred.

Proven ability to effectively lead the execution of multi touch-point and/or multi market IMX programs.

Great interpersonal skills to manage internal and external relationships.

Ability to manage complex timelines and multiple stakeholders including agency partners.

Ability to manage budget/cost resources for maximum efficiencies and return on investment.
