Be part of an exciting, growing agency with the possibility of long-term work!We are looking for a Web Content Manager & Editor whose mission is to make sure that our content quality is top-notch on our blog and any other social platform.You will also be responsible for our entire content creation process by managing writers and designers and making sure that the content creation flow is streamlined and seamless.Responsibilities: Content quality and consistency:

Editing articles and making sure that they follow our guidelines*
Make sure that the blog designer has clear image design guidelines*
Doing final check before publishing the article*
Make sure articles are published correctly (No blurry images, spacing etc)*
Ensure brand consistency and guidelinesProject and Team Management:*
Assigning tasks to writers and designer*
Make sure that we have enough articles to assign and coordinate with the SEO specialist on the number of outlines needed*
Check progress daily and make sure that the team is meeting deadlines*
One-on-one Weekly/Bi-Weekly/Monthly Call with team*
Manage guest post submissions*
Conduct the initial interview for shortlisted candidates*
Onboard new hires and make sure training material is up-to-date*
Assist HR in selecting the right candidatesWebsite Management:*
Make sure that articles that are published are up-to-dateQualifications & Requirements:

  • You must have at least 2 years of writing/proofreading experience ideally in the E-commerce/Digital Marketing space
  • Able to consistently meet tight deadlines
  • Strong passion for proper grammar and formatting
  • Be willing to wear multiple hats, when needed (in other words, be a strong team player)—versatility is a must
  • Must be self-motivated with a proven ability to research, create, and edit multiple pieces of content with varying deadlines
  • Dependable and trustworthy
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent grammar, writing, copy-editing, and communication skills required
  • Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
  • Experience in writing style to appeal to different audiences and adhere to established brand voices
  • Working knowledge of WordPress, Google Docs, and Sheets
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices and tactics desired
  • Strong listening skills, willingness to learn, and ability to collaborate
  • Experience in e-commerce/digital marketing/selling on Amazon is a huge plus
