Job Description


A leading SG-based telecoms client is seeking a Content Marketer who will join the Global Enterprise Marketing team and play a key role in driving effective marketing content and customer insights. They will contribute to content brainstorming, writing, publishing, and promotion across various channels, including social media, email marketing, website management, and external media platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Content Strategy, Development and Optimisation

  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with customer journeys/ lifecycles of target enterprises to engage and generate qualified leads for conversion and augment first-party data sets.
  • Plan/create/edit/optimise a wide range of cross-LoB, solutions-centric content, including web landing pages, marketing emails, podcasts and videos, social media posts, articles (short/long form), white papers, webinars, case studies and other customer-facing marketing collateral.
  • Able to plan and execute with agility to meet demands of content personalisation and optimisation at scale.
Customer and Industry Insights
  • Maintain a vigilant and attentive approach to stay updated on the latest developments within target logos/enterprises and industry trends. Use this knowledge to proactively respond by creating new or improved content.
  • Collaborate with analytics colleagues and cross-functional departments to identify the necessary data. This data is the foundation for extracting and distilling customer and industry/ecosystem insights. These insights are then utilized to create cross-line-of-business (LoB), solution-centric content and develop effective marketing campaigns.
Digital Distribution and Amplification
  • Social media-savvy and passionate about digital and social platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Experienced in managing digital channels such as social media (LinkedIn, YouTube), websites, and e-newsletters.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • At least 5-6 years of content marketing and communications expertise in the B2B technology or IT sector.
  • Exceptional communication abilities: Fluent and highly proficient in English.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Familiarity with martech and CRM tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager/Adobe Experience Cloud, sales enablement platforms, digital asset management, and Salesforce CRNS.
  • Possesses an editorial mindset and can anticipate audience preferences and needs.
  • Demonstrates understanding of project and agency management, including tasks such as editorial calendar planning, meeting publishing deadlines, and building strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Skilled in budget management and open to exploring innovative approaches for efficient and effective communication.
  • Embraces a challenger mindset, displaying dynamism and proactivity with a strong drive and commitment to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
