Both our dedicated client advisers and technology platforms come together to journey with our customers in every stage of their life. RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities:

• Accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales and customer retention.
• Collaborates across functions and with external agencies to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives.
• Maintain the editorial content creation calendar to ensure that content publications are aligned and comply with the marketing strategies in place.
• Basic SEO understanding, content categorisation and structure, content development, distribution, and measurement.
• Development of editorial governance so content is consistent with our brand voice, style, and tone.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure product and technical accuracy, as well as linguistic accuracy (grammar and spelling).
• Channel management of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels.
• Measurement and reporting on the effectiveness of content and impact on business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Good experience in creating content for the web and growing a social audience.
• Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it.
• Strong command of English with the ability to simplify complex information for the layman.
• Ability to analyse and present content and social performance.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Financial industry knowledge and/or past working experience in the financial industry (Insurance, Investment, or Financial Planning) preferred.
• Graphic/Creative design knowledge and experience is advantageous.
