$7500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours

Location: CBD

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing and client engagement strategies and initiatives for the regional market to enhance brand awareness, drive sales and grow market share. Work with HQ Marketing team to deliver each initiative on the marketing calendar, within budget and on time.
• Work closely with key partners across country, regional and HQ level to gather audience and commercial insights, develop a data-driven POV on what motivates our buyers, and execute effective, measurable marketing campaigns.
• Develop regional digital and social media strategies in line with global guidelines and campaigns, leveraging local insights and influencers to build brand awareness and grow business.
• Engage in market launch and integrations and liaises with respective business leaders to identify support needs according to market.
• Manage content, social media, creative and marketing agencies and suppliers for identifying market opportunities and delivering aligned impacts.
• Direct experience with campaign design and account management including account structure, keyword research, ad copy writing, bid strategies, landing page development, conversion rate optimization, and other core functions.
• Monitor performance metrics and search engine updates to understand ranking trends and proactively adjust strategies to maximize performance.
• Proactively track, measure, and identify growth opportunities and manage an experimentation roadmap with robust A/B testing techniques.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Creative Media Design, Digital marketing, Marketing, Advertising and relevant fields.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge in social media, website & e-commerce and digital solutions is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
