Learn more @ www.icc.academy The role At ICC Academy we know that our content marketing efforts drive tangible results, increasing our online visibility and in turn driving sales revenue. However, there is so much more that we can do. This new role has been created to help us expand the impact of a proven marketing channel, especially with our B2B audience. We need an experienced and creative content marketer to accelerate brand awareness, drive traffic to our website and generate new leads for our sales team. Your focus will be to help plan, develop and implement a content marketing strategy that increases our digital footprint while driving real business results. This role will suit a content marketer who wants more freedom and responsibility, and the opportunity to make a real impact in a start-up environment. Despite ICC Academy being a small team here in Singapore, you will be backed by the security and resources of the ICC, an easily recognised global brand with headquarters in Paris and a presence in more than 90 countries around the world. What you'll do: Work closely with the Head of Marketing & Sales to plan and develop the content marketing strategy for both our B2C and B2B audiences Produce a range of educational resources and product related content to drive traffic to our website, increase brand awareness and generate new leads for the sales team, including in-depth educational guides, proprietary research, case studies, webinars and alumni interviews. Work closely with ICC Academy clients and customers, ICC policy managers, external authors and experts and ICC National Committees to ensure we are regularly producing high quality content that provides value to our target audiences at every stage of the sales funnel. Ownership of all content distribution channels including website, social media and the ICC Academy email newsletter. You will be responsible for adapting and optimising content for all channels to ensure we get the most from each piece of content we produce. Optimise all website content for SEO and actively search for new keyword opportunities for ICC Academy to act upon Manage the ICC Academy content and social media calendar to ensure we are publishing to a regular rhythm across all our core distribution channels Ensure a consistent style and tone of voice across all content, working closely with the wider ICC communications team in Paris to ensure we adhere to brand guidelines. Skills and experience needed: 3-5 years of content and social media marketing experience Strong track-record of producing educational resources to drive business growth and increase demand for digital products Strong track-record of planning, developing and producing content for both B2B and B2C audiences A provenability to produce content that varies in topic, format, and funnel stage from research whitepapers and in-depth educational guides to Twitter threads and live streams on LinkedIn. You should be obsessed with delivering the best possible content experience to our audience, wherever they are online. Savvy and well versed in various SEO and link-building strategies Clear, concise communicator with strong English writing and editing skills Proactive, independently minded with a strong desire to succeed Experience working in banking, trade finance, logistics or supply chain management would be a major advantage Proficiency in Adobe products, especially Premiere, Photoshop and InDesign would be a major advantage Experience of using the following digital tools would be an advantage WordPress, Optin Monster, Hootsuite, Ahrefs, Mailchimp and Zoho If you fit the profile for this role please apply directly through MyCareersFuture or send your CV and cover letter to [HIDDEN TEXT].
