• You will be providing end user, customer care, support, and consulting services, in the form of inbound and outbound phone, email, chat, video support and other related activities to facilitate the following related transactions with respect to client's online surveys.
• You will be reporting application issues, document troubleshooting efforts and opportunities for product improvement.
• You will be developing and maintaining knowledge management tools, client information systems, and service desk procedures.

What are we looking for?

• Open to college graduates (IT-related courses) with no work experience
• Open to college undergraduates, associate degree graduates and high school graduates with at least 2 years of experience in a BPO industry
• Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig
• Willing to work on-site once recalled

Good to have skills:

• Experience in handling sales (inbound or outbound), collections, insurance, or travel account in any industry
• Basic/Familiar proficiency with HTML
