Job Description


The Content Producer is responsible for conceptualising, designing and executing content marketing experiences across social media, websites and internal communications channels that shape perceptions about the brand.
Well-versed in digital media production, with an intimate understanding of how marketing campaigns are brought to life through storytelling from ideation, to publishing, to amplification, the Content Producer will work closely with the dedicated in-house production studio as well as other teams.

Key Accountabilities

  • Design and conceptualise complex content marketing campaigns in partnership with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Ensure end-to-end integration of brand massaging with a wide range of transmedia content components that are distributed internally and externally.
  • Tell engaging stories and be responsible for ongoing content series that run on weekly publishing calendar.
  • Improve comms infrastructure and stakeholder collaboration to deliver stories in more creative ways to customers and employees across the six regional markets.

Job Duties & responsibilities
  • Drive and execute the communication plans of the project for internal and external publishing, end-to-end.
  • Coordinate content production and timelines between multiple internal and external stakeholders. This includes production of interviews, podcasts, articles, graphics and social media posts.
  • Drive content submission activations with employees as well as external sources and partners
  • Support the editorial, creative and amplification processes for the always-on content calendar with impactful stories
  • Participate in story research and content sourcing
  • Assist in creating performance and project progress reports
  • Ensure quality and consistency in materials produced, published and archived

Requirements:
  • Degree in Communications, Journalism, or any related discipline
  • Proven work experience in end-to-end creative content production and online publishing - from ideation to amplification
  • Content and/or project portfolio that showcases your copywriting style and ability to craft transmedia stories
  • Highly developed communication, interpersonal and influencing skills to motivate and work cooperatively with others, at all levels
  • Operational knowledge in all digital media formats
  • Good understanding of data and research in informing content strategies
  • Experience in managing and optimising content on social media accounts
  • Proficiency in digital video/photo post-production using Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop
