The Role:
Develop clear and engaging content that is consistent with the company's brand image and addresses both business goals and consumer needs
Deliver a content marketing plan aligned with overall Etiqa strategy while targeting verticals with relevant campaigns.
Create and manage the editorial calendar for our social and/or digital channels to ensure timely publication
Edit, proofread, and optimise content for distribution in a multi-channel environment
Collaborate with internal teams to manage social media channels for brand consistency and assist with content creation for marketing campaigns.
Analyse content marketing data to identify trends and anticipate consumer needs
Perform content audits and gap analyses to assess how well existing content is performing, and to determine what type of content is required
Delegate tasks to writers and provide/manage feedback from relevant stakeholders
Establish style guides that specify the writing style and tone needed to create engaging content
Develop a solid understanding of the target audience through online and traditional market research
Design and manipulate photo assets for digital marketing campaigns
Work on press releases for new product/feature launch and PR-related comms.
Owns projects end-to-end as assigned and overseen by manager
Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Media, Communications, or any related discipline
Prior experience in content management system, producing for a website or digital property is a plus
Comfortable in tracking large amounts of information and offers a proven blend of editorial skills (copy writing, social media best practices) and technical know-how
Passion for content marketing, social media, and a highly creative mind
Excellent communication skills, with high attention to detail and good organisational skills
Team player, with an ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment
Past experience with online community management, copy writing, SEO and blogging will be advantageous
Knowledge in intermediate Photoshop will be preferred
Basic knowledge in insurance products and services will be added advantage
