We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Content & Social Media Manager, Marketing .

Principal Responsibilities

Content & social media strategy

  • Support the development of the social media and content strategy for the business unit.
  • Drive the development and execution of content and social media plans, ensuring cohesiveness and strong alignment to business priorities
  • Ensure alignment between content and social media plans.
Social media content
  • Responsible for building and maintaining overview of the social media calendar, ensuring cohesive brand messaging and alignment with business priorities.
  • Curate and develop high quality and engaging content for HSBC Life Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s social media accounts, with support from creative agency.
  • Stay on industry news and content and social media trends to ensure content is relevant, engaging, and meaningful.
Social media account management & campaigns, governance
  • Support the management of social media accounts, including community management, ensuring that HSBC standards are met.
  • Demonstrate and track the performance of the social media accounts, and recommend best social media practices
  • Support governance of tied agency force\xe2\x80\x99s social media use.
  • Set up and track small scale social media campaigns
Requirements

Requirements
  • 8 years of experience in corporate communications or public relations.
  • Proven interpersonal skills in building strong stakeholders at all levels and across the organisation.
  • Hands-on experience in managing corporate accounts from content creation to scheduling/publication on key social media platforms eg, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with setting up campaigns and ads on social media.
  • Familiarity with metrics for demonstrating growth and improvement on social media pages.
  • Ability to mentor junior team members and guide them to achieve business outcomes.
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to work effectively in a diverse environment as part of cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of insurance or related fields is an advantage.
