About the role:

At Aspire, we pride ourselves on building an amazing team. We are in need of a Content Writer who will create compelling content to inspire audiences, increase awareness, and convert leads.

The right person takes initiative and has experience with digital publishing, generating traffic and writing with a keen understanding of business outcomes.

What will you be doing?

• Create engaging and compelling content to support our content strategies with the goal of customer acquisition and growing our brand\'s share of voice around relevant topics
• Content formats would include blog posts, long-form, interviews, one-sheets, web pages, reports, and more
• Analyze content performance and leverage results to optimize campaigns and content production
• Report content projects and results to the company on a monthly basis

What will you need?

• Proven 3-5 years of work experience as a Content Writer or similar role, with a keen sense of business understanding
• Exceptional command of the written word
• Experience in a high-output, result-driven startup or B2B environment is a plus
• First hand experience with data-driven content analysis, performance tracking, and reporting
• Bachelor\'s degree
