Responsibilities

• Use CORE operating system (Customer Orientated Results & Excellence) to achieve organizational excellence.
• Coordinate continuous improvement projects & CORE engagement events.
• Monitor and track the employee CORE proficiencies & training program status.
• Prepare monthly reports and presentation materials.
• Participate in the CORE council review.
• Support in the technology and CORE process improvement projects.
• Support and participate in the EH&S programs and activities within the company.
• Manage CORE communications and update to internal stakeholders.
• Carry out any other administrative activities or job duties assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma/ NITEC in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Min 1 year of relevant experience in project coordination, administration or collaboration experience in driving transformation or process improvement.
• Hands-on in using Microsoft Office Excel and Access to update and process data.
• Detail oriented, well organised with good prioritization skills.
• Understand lean manufacturing or repair experience with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Knowledge in programming skill (Python) or software application (Qlik Sense, SAP) is a plus.
• Knowledge in Aerospace, Industry 4.0 or Technology Transformation is a plus.
