Job Description

This role will be acting as a continuous improvement (C.I.) resource for the delivery centres within WTW, with a team or in a consulting capacity depending on the projects to be handled. This role is expected to lead or support projects that aim to enhance client experience, deliver cost savings, streamline processes, improve quality output, introduce transformations, and provide useful business insights. This role is expected to work with colleagues in Manila, Mumbai, possibly Lisbon, Mexico, and other areas where delivery centres or hubs exist, as well as locations where onshore partners hold office. Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform studies/assessments of end-to-end business processes to determine areas for change and improvement.
• Develop business cases for LOB approval that will include: Actions/solutions for change, improvement, or specific metrics such as savings targets.
• Prepare a project plan or roadmap for these business cases.
• Ensure the necessary actions are taken by responsible parties to facilitate the rollout and completion of these projects as per plan and within budget.
• Monitor and report the progress, risks, status, impact, and results of these projects in a timely manner.
• Partner with the different teams within WTW to ensure the successful implementation of these projects.
• Collaborate with the business and its leaders to embed continuous improvement practices across WTW geographies and businesses.

• Opportunity assessments and solutions for the different business sectors.
• Comprehensive project plans to outline how solutions are delivered
• Various reports ranging from the presentation of data, status reports, project summary, process documentation, and knowledge management files, among others
• Identification of possible savings potential in terms that the business will appreciate
• Use agreed methodology of C.I. team in delivering projects
• Connect C.I. project deliverables with business priorities
• Present findings, status, results and risks to business leaders
• Publish and share learnings and project experiences that will benefit team members.

• At least 15 years’ relevant experience in the field of operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Has handled business or organization wide projects related to change, transformation, process improvement, value chain, metrics reporting, and other areas of operational excellence
• Solid project and program management skills
• Experience in outsourcing processes
• Knowledge in insurance, benefits, broking, financial, and consulting organizations and services.
• Advanced understanding of operational excellence methodologies
• Certifications in project management, six sigma, agile, system thinking, design thinking
• Very pro-active and adaptable. A strategic thinker that finds ways to provide a solution with urgency.
