Contract Administrator, Health Policy Servicing - (220000A6)
Description

The Life and Health Operations (LHO) department plays a pivotal role in ensuring we provide our customers with affordable and comprehensive life and health products, with efficient processes to allow optimal service to our customers. As a Contract Administrator in the Health Policy Servicing team, you will report to the Manager of the Health Policy Servicing team and handle policy servicing transactions of our IncomeShield plans. Your key responsibilities include:

• Consolidate data from various report/system sources to prepare the upload list of incoming cases into the system
• Classify form/transaction type(s) and route to the relevant processing staff to process
• Perform health policy servicing transactions such as alterations of policies (Eg. Change of plan type, update of termination status, change of payer, change of payment method, etc.) within the expected turnaround time
• Prepare letters for the above-mentioned transactions
• Contribute suggestions for improving process effectiveness and efficiency
• Any other adhoc tasks and projects assigned by supervisors

Qualifications

• At least attained GCE ‘O’ Level certification
• Working experience in an insurance environment with relevant insurance qualifications (Eg. Health Insurance) is advantageous
• PC literate/savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
• Good problem-solving skills coupled with an eye for detail
• Good communication skills
• Works well in a team
• Able to multi-task and handle multiple systems at any one time
• Able to work under tight timeline and pressure
• Able to work extra hours when required
