About Our Client
Our client is the world\'s largest investment advisory with over US$300 billion outsourced AUM and with offices in 43 countries and operations in 130 countries.- Policy Servicing
- Prepare and send Annual Review package for Insurance Policy
- Prepare and send Quarterly Statements
- Familiar with various insurers\' statement and product features
- Handle enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in data entry
- Escalate any system or process errors to prevent future repeated errors
- Take on additional responsibilities when necessary
The Successful Applicant
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor\'s Degree
- Candidate must be highly proficient in Microsoft applications. (e.g. Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the insurance industry preferred
