Job Description
Our client is a Trading MNC, one of the leading players in the Oil & Gas sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Contract Analyst to be part of their Contract team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Town \xe2\x80\x93 easily accessible.
The Duties of Contract Analyst:
- For the purposes of the company\'s trading activities, review, write, issue, and negotiate sale and purchase contracts.
- To safeguard the firm\'s interests regarding contractual obligations, balance and optimize risks, increase economic benefits.
- Manage contracts and make sure they adhere to the administrative rules of the organization.
- Ad-hoc finance duties as assigned
- Min Degree in Accounting, Finance or other business-related field
- Extensive experience in handling contracts for trading purposes
